No! The worst company EVER

Literally the worst buying experience of my entire life. Got scammed, then robbed, and had to file fraud charges with my bank to be refunded for an item they never had in stock, never sent, but allowed me to pay for, then refused to refund me. BUYERS BEWARE! They are scam artists and thieves on this site!

Avoid at all costs, returned something in March as they sent the wrong item, cost me over £100 to buy and over £60 to post back, nearly september and no refund and they are just rude. Do not buy a thing

Hi mate. Please avoid of DHgate. Very bad experiences I lost $ 400. Never receive my item. And even I make complain No one response on this fishing website.

No, not anymore. I spent about $1000. 00 dollars with them 6 months ago, no problems. About 3 months ago I ordered an additional $500.00 and its horrible. I received sub par goods, that I could not send back. In addition Im still waiting for my sons basketball shoes. They have told me 3 times it was sent but I havent received (its been 2 or 3 months), I have been told the shoes were shipped again and I should have sometime in September. You can't dispute something till you receive it. Once you receive it you only have 7 days, so if your on vacation or don't try it right away your out of luck. I ordered Grade 8A hair extensions. After one week they shed, split. Awful. This grade of hair was to last 1 yr it lasted 7 days before falling apart. The Merchant, NobleHair wouldn't respond once they received payment. Even after I sent pictures of the hairs poor quality DH Gate said it was over 7 days so I have no recourse.
I will never use DH Gate again. I'm waiting for my sons shoes then I can close my acct for good.

I would neverrrrrr buy from this company again as I'm a motorcycle rider I decide to order my fairings from them and it took for ever. When I did receive them it was the wrong color and they didn't fit. The seller kept saying he could not refund me cause its what I orderd even tho my picture and receipt say exactly what I ordered. So after fussing with the seller I contact DH gate they was full of $#*!! Literally no over the phone conversation jus email. So a course they are half away around the world so you get a respond while ur n a deep sleep. Anyway after spending nearly 400 for parts 120 for sending back the parts I jus kept getting the run around n it was pissing me off! I had to do a charge back with my bank they told me what they done was not fair. I showed them emails, pictures and all my conversations. They told me not to worry they got it from here and refunded me my money n 2 days. OMG how I love my BANK. So now dh gate finally called, texted, email me asking if I can withdrawal my discharge with my bank and they can make other arrangements. Like my bank said from that point of speaking to my banker I don't have to talk nor speak with them. So if you a harder worker like me and want decent customer service m product STAY the Hell away from DH GATE!

In my opinion NO. The seller never sent me the dress I bought instead sent me an used hairpin. I had to wait months to get my money back.

Do not be impressed and fooled by the ready-made responses of DHgate site which praises itself and sells you mere dreams!

This is a worst sales site ever created and it serves as a shelter to an infinity number of cheats, thieves and forgers. Their sellers are copying photographs of well-known products and present them as if they are their production. If you ever get something from them, it is probably a garbage product which does not worth even a single penny and you will not get a refund to your money. Your situation will be worse especially if you order an electric product or even a common garment (let alone something special).

Caveat emptor! Refrain from making ANY deal with them!

DHgate.com is nothing but an asylum for thieves which engulfs crooks and serves as a modern pirate-bay. Even when they face solid and proved evidences about a seller who cheats and steals your money, they take no measures against him and let him keep on "selling" and distributing garbage behind the façade of their site.

Noooo! They are all crooks! They make it seem like they will back you if the seller is not working with you or issuing a refund because they sent the wrong item even if you send it back, but truthfully, there are two things that I sent back... one was a wedding dress I paid almost $200 for and it was crap. Sent it back spending $60 doing so and that was last YEAR! I have emailed the company Dhgate as well as the seller of the item and NOTHING. I am extremely disappointed and will never use them again. Do NOT trust them! Buyer beware!

DH. Gate should be very careful. When the Hells Angels find out they are copying and selling theirs and other MCs patch sets (including the Outlaws, Bandidos, Mongols etc) they will sue. They will all sue and rightly so. And DH. Gate will then know Motorcycle Club colours are EARNED BY MEMBERS ONLY.

READ THE BAD REVIEWS! The 46% bad review percentage is not made up. SIMPLE MATH; DIVIDE bad reviews by good reviews. That equals a 46% BAD RATING. In essence you have a 50/50% chance of not getting ripped off or getting your item and being satisfied with it.

Never buy from Dh. Gate, you would be better off rolling the window down and throwing your money out that way. If you order 6 item 1 or 2 of them maybe good but the others a waste of money. They say return and refund but it takes to much, you have to pay double what you pay to send it back then wait on a fraudulent company to pay you... lol lol

Never never never buy from these fraudulent thieves. The answers you read about their bad business practices are right! Now whenever I look at product from China, I ask myself if I really need it. Should we really be supporting their methods by buying from them? Its a question we all should keep asking.

Beware of ordering anything from them. The most REAL reviews I've about DHGate are CERTAINLY not as pleasant as those, I feel are fake reviews placed by the company itself!

No. Although they gave me a partial refund I can't get it because the fee to get my money back is more than the refund. Do not do business with them.

Do NOT ever order anything from this company! Dress ordered looked nothing like advertised, really cheap fabric, extremely poor workmanship, colors were off, and sizing is totally wrong even though I sent exact measurements. I spent A LOT of money on this totally unusable dress. This company is a total ripoff. Have waited months for a refund and still nothing. Avoid at all costs!

I shop at DHG for over 6 yrs now. I had problems with sellers, but NEVER HAD PROBLEM WITH DHG. The sellers try to wiggle out of everything, they lie, they cheat, but DHG always comes through. If you dont reach agreement with the seller, you have to open an "after sale dispute" DHG will work with you till you get your money back. DHG is a big company they are taking care of they reputation, if you dont get your money back, do not blame DHG blame yourself because you let it go. You have to know that money has to come back to you, the seller done wrong to you, and you have to fight till you get your money back. I myself had several problem, but never lost money. They have customer service, you can talk on chat with them and usually they are very helpful. If you buy online you have to know they return policy. If you purchased something and YOU changed your mind, want to return? You pay for return shipping. If they sent you an item which "Not as described" or broken or any fault of the seller, YOU NEVER PAY FOR SHIPPING COST" you send it back and DHG make sure for you that the seller will pay you back for return shipping cost.

In order to answer this question you must understand what they do. They are like a flee market that have smaller companies or shops and people sell their products through DHgate. They only facilitate and monitor the activity. They can only do a certain amount if the sub-company you have ordered from is bad. I would recommend you search elsewhere first.

No! They gave me a ridiculously hard time about returning something they took three weeks to deliver. It was a birthday present and it came AFTER the person's birthday. I actually LOST money on sending it back to them. You would be foolish to do business with them.
