I want to change from charter.net and bundle tv, internet and phone. do i have to sign a 2 year contract prior to the satisfactory implementation of this bundle?

Answer:

Probably, they all want contracts. You can try to have the cost lowered if you do sign for two yrs. Once in awhile they do it to keep you.
