on 7/24/23So far they refused to cancel my order when it was incorrect. I had ordered 1 but was billed for 4 devices. They said wait and return them after they arrive. Not been able to get a response about returning them now they are in my possession.
They answer phone for call back, but they were hard to understand for this English speaker since customer service is contracted out to a country where English is not the native language so I had to ask them to speak more slowly in order to understand the very heavy accent. Supervisors not available but "will call back." Never did.
Very difficult to get intelligent and decent customer service.
