There is no any tracking info for my item. I opened a case a weekend with no response from EverBuying. Should I open a paypal dispute case for this issue?

Thanks,

It depends also of your delivery choice.

A free shipment is done by classic post. So there is no trackings

My first buying was done with expedited delivery so with DHL. There was a tracking info. But my last buying was done with free shipment so without any tracking.

You have 45 days for dispute pay pal. When you place order? If you have 40 days when you paid is nesesary to open dispute by pay pal because you have oportunity to lose the money

My order comes from DHL, and since I give my phone number for some information about delivery address, I already received a text message from DHL with the track number.

If you have some question I suggest that you submit a ticket in your EverBuying account in the support center.

Yes, and after buying 2 phones and endless emails, I took the phones to the USA and the cameras were hopeless, even after calibrating, you would try and text and you would get letters that were no where near the letter you were after. If you can get your money back via Paypal do so. Go and buy yourself a branded phone. I paid over $320 for two phones and they are rubbish.

Where are you located - my order arrived 3 weeks after placing the order. If you have a problem then click on the the live chat icon on the right hand page and you should then get live chat assistance

Depending on how long ordered, PayPal increased time you have to open a dispute, if you sent EB mail the weekend you might have wait few days for response as they were will be getting the facts right

Already I alert to all buyers "" Never buy anything from Ever Buying"". Because buyers always read this company as "Ever Buying" but I read always "Never Buying". "N" word hide from Never and shows as Ever.
You can report to PayPal with all details. Paypal will refund your amount to your Bank A/C. Don't waste your time. Report immediate to PayPal.

Yes. Because this is a scam site along with other sister companies.
