on 6/11/15I've had 28 orders and all but two were very satisfactory. Most were PDFform building or business card templates, but I had s few design logos for me then used the one I liked.
Buyers: it's cheap. Remember that. When the service is good I tip generously then use the same person. I get great service, often in one day. When I order, I add express service and have yet to be disappointed. It's a business model without customer service. Face it. If you want customer service, go to Nordstroms or Nieman Marcus. Do a better job selecting your service provider; be clear in the order, and overpay.
You can name and shame the provider on forums such as this so that hopefully people will be aware of who the scammers are. From my experience I would suggest nobody use Fiverrmaster, choose someone else.
Just dispute it with Paypal. You WILL get your money back, and Fiverr will ban you from their site. Also, Fiverr will not even dispute it.
All you can do is to contact the provider and ask him/her to refund your money - albeit, most don't. You can always leave them one star but they will most likely return the favor by leaving you with ine as well. The whole system favors providers more than buyers. You can contact Fiverr but most likely they will side with providers. Conclusion? Not much you can do but to pray and hope for the best.
Fiverr is a broken business model. Do you really think you can consistently get anything worthwhile for $5 (remember the commissions). The owners have stopped trying to please buyers and are raising fees and raking in the cash.
PS there are some good suppliers - they are getting much rarer these days.
Unfortunately, you'll waste time and money try to deal with a scam artist. About the only thing you can do is learn from the situation and immediately recognize a red flag when all a company does is entice you with promises if you'll commit more money to its "services."
Not a darned thing. Based on my experience at trying to resolve a similar issue, the company's only suggestion was to work it out with the scammer -- et, service provider.
