I booked two tickets online with flighhub when I received confirmation I noticed a spelling mistake on the reservation. I have called to fix this and have had nothing but the run around. I called the airlines they were willing to fix the spelling mistake for free but weren't able to because of the way flighthub made the reservation. I have since called flighthub and they now want to charge me $75 dollars to fix a spelling mistake that was their mistake in the first place. The airlines clearly were willing to make the change for free. I worked in customer service for 10 years this seems a bit of a money grab to me. I fly on average 2 business trips a month and have never experienced this with any other reservation site.

PLEASE HELP

Hello Aaron,

Please send us your 9-digit booking reference number by private message, and one of my colleagues will contact you to help make the necessary changes to the spelling of your name.

Kind wishes,

Flighthub is shady... they make money by making "errors" and then charging you $75 to fix each ticket plus hours of your life trying to get someone to pickup the phone. Big time fraudulent business practices.
