Hi Carly,

I'm sorry to hear that you have yet to get your voucher. When an order is placed, it can take up to 24 hours for the voucher to be sent out to you.

I strongly advise you use Sitejabber to your advantage. Write a new review outlining your experience with Guilt and how they didn't come through with what they promised. If you're vocal enough... they may concede like they EVENTUALLY did with me.
