Hi! Does the items come from your location or do they come directly from the place the items are made? Who is responsible if the item comes damaged or other problem? Your company or the company the product is from?

Hi Lisa! All of our products are prepared fresh and sent directly from the restaurant/food shop you ordered from. All of the quality control or any other issues are covered by Goldbely, so if there are any issues you should just reach out to us directly at support@goldbely.com. Thanks for exploring with us!

I assume the order is sent from the vendor. I used Goldbely once, found the same items on the direct website for less. Second time I ordered a “flash deal” and was billed double what I expected, so that was not a good experience. I vowed to never to never use them again. Then a few weeks ago I found that Katz’s deli site was being rerouted automatically to Goldbely and rather give up treats from Katz’s, I placed the order. There was a question on the order and Katz’s called me, so in this case, I’m sure Katz’s handled the order after it was placed. In general, I would say, check the vendor website and if you can’t order direct, try Goldbely.
