Don't touch this company with a barge pole - it is nothing more than a con - high cost, paltry amount of food, deliberately misleading marketing and non existent customer service. No refunds even when due and deliberately difficult to cancel if you are trying to do so - in short a ghastly experience from start to finish!
Because customer service is a fake, they can't help you with anything. Cant cancel, cant refund, they just happily add more stuff to charge you for. Company is a bunch of thieves
I had to cancel the plan because when paused they continued to ship. They continued to ship despite customer service noting it was indeed canceled. I disputed the last charge on my card because of this. They had it reversed. NEVER EVER AGAIN. Don't do it!
They make it difficult to cancel. The catch is they will flood you with ads and up sells to get you to buy more. It's ridiculous.
You will still have to pay for delivery and such because this company says those things cannot be covered by a gift card. Beware signing up, because they will subscribe you as soon as you enter credit card information. It is in their Terms and Conditions at the beginning of the process.
