What dpi is used for digitizing photographs?

Hi Clara,

All negatives, slides and prints are scanned to JPEG (. Jpg) files and have an output of a 6 X 4 image at 500-600dpi resolution.

How will I know what year the film is drom? Ex. Thanksgiving 1969 VS Thanksgiving 1973? The reels are labeled, will imemories label it on thecloud?
Will the digitized versions of my tapes be arranged in chronological order (I have written date ranges on the tape covers).
Do you transfer labels (with date and activity) on tapes to the digitalized copies?
Will my handwritten labels from the tapes (with date and activity) appear in the digutalized copies?
