This is important at every level of job. As you move into senior leadership roles, you'll also be asked to map out future plans, articulate your vision. We do have some resources inside of the bonus area to help with this. And the Customized Interview Preparation Plan can also help. However, I would also recommend that you do some additional work on your own to really hammer this out, beyond the resources in the program. Hope that helps.
