DONOT order anything from this company at all

Not had any problems with the company. Took 3/4 weeks for my ring to arrive but it still turned up. In fabulous condition and I'm so happy with it.

Of course it is, i bought some items from here, always good quality.

My husband ordered my wedding set ring in may and got it right on time and I also got a correct tracking number for it. And it looked exactly like what was pictured. I am very happy with my ring. The stones have not fallen out and my ring hasn't turned green or anything.

Hell no. Chinese garbage, no customer service, horriffic craftsmanship and good luck getting an answer by phone, email or registered letter. (US Post Office says address is not a known address). The good reviews are obviously written when they receive their pieces. They are not after examining or wearing them. The stones fall out, gold rubs off with your fingers. I wrote a long, documented review of my experience with them. Go to JTV, QVC, HSN OR EVKNE. All carry the same Chinese jewelry BUT they do offer a 30 day, no questions asked, no photos needed and actually speak and read English!?

This company is nit legit! I received my ring poir quality. They will not answer or do an exchange. Ive been trying for months. Now i have a 150 ring i cant wear. Im contacting better business bureau this is not right. Their out to take people and their money too. Ill keep doing what i have to to get my money back

Do NOT order from this company. Some of the items are ok, but many look almost nothing like the photos and it is overpriced for costume jewelry. You will not be able to return an item and get your money refunded (I have been trying since LAST APRIL to get my refund), and no one EVER answers their phone. Emails just give you the run-around. Do NOT order unless you feel like just throwing money away.

Of course it isnt! Fiance placed our order for our rings NOVEMBER 29 and STILL HAVENT RECEIVED THEM! GRT YOUR MONEY BACK AND REPORT THESE LIARS!

I ordered a couple days ago, paid for rush delivery, and DHL has my package to be delivered today. The company is based out of China, with a California address. Customer service is open from around 8pm - 6am or something like that. It's GMT+8 time zone.

You can not get a correct order number when placing an order. The only email is a PayPal receipt number which they do not acknowledge. If they get your order wrong they make you pay to send the wrong item back and will not issue a refund or send the right product until they get the ones they sent back. Horrible customer service. Overseas company with a fake California address.
