on 12/4/14Their size "large" would fit an American Girl doll. I cannot even imagine what a size "small" would be like.
Their sizes are waaaay off. Their website is in English. Their prices are written in american dollars. Yet their sizes are "Asian". If you wear a large, then order their 5XL or their 6XL and it *might* fit. But it's all a guessing game. They make it very difficult to contact a representative AND they do not answer their 24/7 phone or their 24/7 chat. This place is a scam. Learn by our mistakes OR learn the hard way. It's up to you.
I just mailed a return... to China! The UK address is a bit if a deception. My package had no info as to how and where to return, so I emailed the address that sent me notice of shipping. That address was from a rep. In China. After several attempts to make my simple question answered-how and where to make a return-a fractured English response directed me to an address for returns... in China. I sent the return in the same Tyvec bag I received the products in. The return cost me 1/2 the cost of the products, but I did it on principle. I will never shop at this site again, and will make every effort to identify the blog that directed me to this company. Internet shoppers beware!
This is a bad company, when i posted this their response to me was sizes was Asian sizes, come on really then they should not be selling to US
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! TERRIBLE READ The reVIEWS i lost my money too
Look at the reviews. Save yourself the pain and dont order. Consider yourself lucky that their site is lame & wont accept your postcode!
They are located in China. What a nightmare to return anything. Their sizes are so small. I am 5'5" tall and weigh 106 pounds. I ordered large and it was still way too small! Beware of this company!
Judith K., I too wondered why I could not send my returns to the US address, and was simply told, Oh no, there is no way for them to receive it there. I don't even think the US address is real! Just a front to make them look better.
They are a waste of time and just keep throwing questions at you during chats.
Put the worst kind of feedback concerning this company and don't take it down til they pay you. They have not got a clue on how to do business. I order 2 sizes bigger than what I wear and when I received the coat I could not get my arms into the sleeves. I gave them so much $#*! that they told me to keep the coat and paid me my money back. I never will deal with them again. They have not got a clue how to treat customers.
I figured I paid enough on duty & shipping to Canada (all over and above what they quoted me). Even though items do not fit (their sizes are not close to American/Canadian sizes), I prefer giving the items to people I know than shipping them back to China. They've offered to refund upon reception but I have to pay for shipping. No way... I refuse... Paid enough. Will NEVER buy through them again. I will count my loses and do business elsewhere.
I chalked it up to a loss! It would have cost so much to send it back, that it wasn't worth it. I couldn't wear most of the clothes. Complete waste of money!
I will not order any clothing from this site. My choice.
I agree Katherine. It is a shame that I fell for this trap.
Follow other advice and do not order. I've just risked sending back my order of 3 items and it has cost virtually £20 for the most basic postage i. E. not tracked or signed for. I've emailed JC to advise this and it will be interesting to see whether I get my £47 refund!
They make it very difficult to return. You're better off selling it state side and learning a lesson from this.
Everything is too small even if you order larger than your normal size. I looked at their shoes but they the size chart only refers to the heel size not American shoe sizes. Bummer because I wanted to maybe order shoes but it its anything like their clothes, the shoes will be too small.
That is what I was afraid of.
I had to learn to set my ego aside and order a XXXL when necessary. Remember, Asian women are very diminutive, and manufacturers size differently there.
They were told SEVERAL TIMES ALREADY about the messy size chart that they have but I think that have no interest whatsoever to correct it. Their chart is SSSSOOOOOOO confusing that you land up getting all small sizes or all big sizes. Also, I don't know how people can say that the quality of the cloth is "good"... really? We should write to the Better Business bureau and ask them to remove this company from web until they straight up their sizes charts and tell the true about the made of the garmet because what they call "cotton" is a piece of plastic cloth
Obviously everyone is in agreement that the sizes are very different, much smaller. However, if you are a med or large if you find an item that comes in a 3x, 4x or 5x, crazy as it seems, they work occasionally. The way I see it considering the prices are so low I can afford for a few not to fit, and I can give them to my daughter. The sizing is definitely off though. And don't even think of buying anything "one size fits all". But the very extra large sizes compare to regular sizes. Also, the jewelry and handbags are good deals and you obviously don't have to worry about fit. As long as you are realistic about your expectations (you can't expect to pay $1.50 for a necklace that is super high quality that is going to last forever) there are deals to be had. I never buy anything expecting to return anything if it doesn't work, it's just a gamble. If you go into it with that attitude the super low prices offset the items that don't work out.
Yah i remember iv order for my sister a dress as a gift my sister size is 8us and iv order a size L when the dress came i was disappointed really that L dos not even fits a size 4US. Thy have a big problem with the sizing chart
You are hilarious Katherine.
