I don't know about the sofa - I bought a bedside table that was beautiful - very good quality. I can understand your hesitation since it would be a hassle to have to return it. So maybe find out about how to return the sofa if you didn't like it... good luck, Teri

I have never bought stuffed furniture and only because I'm in Canada; but only because the shipping to Canada is exorbitant plus the extra tax and customs. I have placed many orders with them. The quality and the service are superb, and no one matches their packing I have never seen it done that well by any one else Also their return system is the best. For, service quality and. Returns I give them an A+

I have been doing business with Joss & Main for several years, and I've bought everything from blankets to big furniture items. I have never regretted a single purchase. My only regret, in fact, was putting a sideboard on my wishlist and having it "expire" before I could buy it!

No, I tend to buy smaller items. Sofas are the one thing I like to test in person.

Rosie, the most I can tell you is what you already know. I Joss and Main a time I have found the product cheaper of course... but quality has always been upto standards... I have never bought furniture but I expect the quality to be the same. :)

The So Called Graham Sofa is a Jennifer Convertible Sofa for 299.00 and yes the price is cheaper BUT the shipping will be more extensive, it is a nice Sofa..

I have ordered dining room and accent chairs from them but not the Graham Sofa. They are good and I've had only one issue with customer service. However, I would do research on other websites because they are pricey. I have found the same thing on J&M on other websites but for less.

I wouldnt buy anything frim Joss and Main unless prices are carefully verified. Chances are you will find this item for less money elsewhere. Even though the price itself might be OK, taxes and shipping costs may make it overpriced.

I haven't ordered a sofa- that's next, but I've ordered two chairs from J & M and I'm really happy with them. They were delivered quickly and are exactly what I expected from pictures, dimensions and the description on the web site.

I'm sorry I cannot help as I have not purchased any large items, i. E sofa, dressers or tables. I have purchased smaller items and have not been disappointed with any of the products.

I wouldn't buy anything else from them, because of the extra fees.

My friend just received a sofa from J&M and she absolutely loves it. She also got a dining table, its awesome! I've gotten smaller items, I'm never disappointed!

I have never ordered a sofa from Joss and Main, so I cannot comment on it. However, I have bought other furniture from them and have been very pleased with their products. They have been everything as described on the web site.

I have the Murphy 76" Sofa but not the Graham 76" Sofa... Joss & Main asked me to respond... I don't believe I can give you a comment regarding another manufacturer's product. As far as the Murphy... I looove it. It has a firm feel. The navy blue is beautiful with the accent cushions. I recomment Joss & Main in general. Great company that stands behind the products they provide. Kudos Joss & Main and Wayfair... I am a perfect candidate to advertise their products. Lol

I do not... but all that I have ordered from Joss and Main have been well worth the order... very pleased with the items, the time in shipping and of course the price... rosie
