I have never use jott form but i received an email from them saying that my password was reset and gave an email address using windows from germany. does that sound suspicious or could that be legit

What if i go over 10 payments processed per month, or if several months have zero payments?

Free users are allowed to receive up to 10 payments in one month, if you should require to collect over 10 payments per month, you should have to upgrade your JotForm account to a paid plan.
