Total fraud! Ripped us off terribly... do not use! Lost over a thousand dollars...
Unfortually I just find out the hard way, its total FRAUD!
Got email from Justfly that JetBlue had cancelled a portion and would need to reschedule- spent over 2 hours on the phone (1st time) trying to reschedule, phone person not helpful, kept repeating same inadequate response- I finally asked to speak to her supervisor and was told several times that her supervisor was too busy and it would take too long... unbelievably frustrating 2 hours, the ticket got changed to late evening flight and I needed afternoon flight (which was what I had originally bought and paid for)- so very frustrating!
JustFly is a fraud... if that answers your question
