What is happening with Kareoke version that I have been using for the past 8-10 years? I am no longer able to access songs with their lyrics.. I

I have been purchasing songs from KV for longer than 10 years (first purchase 10/2/10) and can access everything I have ever purchased (637 songs). Perhaps you need to reset your password or reach out directly to KV with your user information and purchase history to reconnect your account if something has happened?
