Good luck I never got any response to any attempts at reaching them eventually got my money back by filing a claim through PayPal

They want you to ship it to China at your own expense. You're better off tossing it.

Step one... turn inside out Step two... throw it in the garbage where it belongs. (sorry, the product I ordered from them was total garbage, I'm hoping you are happy with what you received, but from what I've seen, most stuff they sell is trash.)
