I am in process of trying again to receive a refund as well but my documents state there is a 2k retainer and they believe they did everything they could to help me case. Even my case manager at court told me they are crooks and now I am forced to handle my case myself. I am already almost done and it's only been 2 months. I have managed to do this all myself in 2 mnths for only 43.00 while KEL charged me 2000. 00 and did nothing and wanted another 2800. 00 to continue to do nothing. I am on board with suit and will continue to fight.

I would love this lawsuit too! They got me for $1700 plus court costs for a bait and switch bankruptcy. First I was set for a Chapter 7, then bam all of a sudden you don't quality and they wanted an additional $5200 for a 13. How do these crooks stay in business..

I would like to join too I just lost a case that I could off won. I explained to Kel's paralegal that I was very sick due to my chemo treatment and they didn't even care. Now I have two month to move out and still on treatment. They have to pay for what they have done to me and everyone else.

I made an awful lot of noise on the internet and contacted a couple of television stations to share my story with. I made Kel aware of my actions and they finally gave me a full refund. However I was also in contact with the Florida Bar and other organizations. Good luck with your efforts and make as much noise as you can.
