on 1/3/16The only other suggestions I have are to contact your bank if you paid directly from your account and let them know that you never received your items. They MIGHT refund your money after investigating. It is much easier if you pay with a credit card--not a debit card. They provide protections and guarantees that other payment options don't grant. I do not know if those protections extend to your debit card if you use it as a credit card. I know it doesn't as a debit. Regardless of how you pay their site and customer service is terrible and they make it virtually impossible to get hold of anyone if you have a problem. "Contact us" just takes you in circles without enabling you to get hold of anyone. Horrible.
I also ordered in November, but have been unable to get hold of them.
According to the tracking my goods were sent but never arrived.
This is definitely a scam. I didn't pay by PayPal so have no redress. I hope you did/do. It is impossible to get hold of them but if anyone gets a phone

The only way to get ahold of them is to go on an order of yours and "submit a ticket".
They're HORRIBLE! They respond in a decent time, but its really nothing helpful.
I'm really sorry that you having to deal with miniinthe box. This is THE WORST site ever. I finally received my products from my order in November. The items were of very poor quality. I would advise anyone to never order from them again.
THE ONLY THING THAT HELPED WAS THIS WEBSITE. ILL TRY TO LOOK UP THE EMAIĽ THEY SENT ME AND SEE WHO TO CONTACT. I STILL DIDNT GET MY REFUND, YOU HAVE TO FILL OUT A OME SORT OF FORM. ThEY ARE the worse company i had to to deal with! Good Luck
I really have no advise but just empathise with you.As at today I have NOT received the purchase i made in Nov 13th!
This company is a joke! File a claim through PayPal if you paid through them. Regardless of what you are told, this company has NO customer service. It is only automated responses. I still haven't gotten my item. It's been 2 months. I am taking my loss as a lesson learned.
I finally received my two orders placed before thanksgiving at the end of Dec. All garbage and one of the packages was completely open. They answer fb comments and tell the questioner to send them a pm. Have no idea if they respond to those.
Good luck veronica. Worst company I have ever dealt with. I had to spam their twitter, Facebook and by email to get some response along with posting reviews every place I could find.

Post it in review instead of here in question section, when you ask in review section by giving 1 star they will reply. It takes more than 2 months for delivery of package. And whatever issue you are facing. Explain it clearly in review. I think you still did not get your right password. It has@example.com already in username section, so do not type it again..
Keep calm... After 140 things I bought on Aliexpress I'm a satisfied customer. Sometimes it helps to use an other browser to log in. This is so with all sites with secure logins. Once you are logged in you can ask the seller for a tracking number, if it's not noted with your order. (Normally it is noted with your order.) If for some reason you not pleased with your order, you can ask for or partial or full refund.
Oh I feel your pain Veronica. If you paid through PayPal file a claim right away. They sure did respond to that quickly, but still found a way to not help me. I still have the faulty unit. The only thing we can do is hopefully warn others of this company to save their money.
