Am considering purchasing the nolo program for online trust but... i'm concerned about customer comments re: it being cumbersome to edit, requiring lots of effort on our part, lack of customer service/tech support, etc. someone in the know please clarify and comment on whether i should buy this. thanks. In life you get what you pay for, if you are looking for a generic better than nothing then use NOLO, but if you looking for a document that meets your needs contact an estate planning attorney. Documents are state specific and laws change all the time, it would be impossible for NOLO to keep up with all the changes in all 50 states, obtain a free consult from an attorney.
