on 12/19/16It may have gone to your junk folder. If you do the shopping without signing in or as a guest then you don't get confirmation email. Always take a snapshot when you place your order or call them. It happened to me twice. Now I always make sure I am signed in before placing order online. Hope this helps.
Not accurate tracking, showing different not comes on time
They never send a Tracking or shipping confirmation even so I was told I would get a Email with that info on June 17th it is now hen 28th
