I want to use your site for a Contractors Lien but your reviews scare the sh** out of me. I only need to print one document. It says it's only $20 buy most of your reviews say that you double charge. So what do you have to say since you work for Rocket Lawyer|?

Hello Chris!

For our legal documents, we offer two options at the checkout page; starting the 7-Day Free Trial or customers can simply purchase their legal document out right for a single price, in your case it is $20. So long as you choose this option by clicking on the bubble for it then you will only be charged for that legal document. Don't sign up for the trial! Seriously. It's not worth the headache of trying to get them to stop charging your card. My name is Heather, and I'm a real person. It didn't matter that I canceled right after signing up, I was charged three times.
