They are shipped from China. Not only is the sizing off, the merchandise is cheaply made and the material is awful.

Well... the company is in China, but as far as where they ship from? Your guess is as good as mine since they never send you your order and then tell you it's your fault for not BUYING tracking.

Do not order from this site! I ordered a jacket from there last November and I have yet to receive it! They're frauds!

This is a CHINA-based business who takes advantage of MULTIPLE people in different countries. There's so many of these types of places, it's ridiculous. There's not a BBB in China, so there's no one to punish these crooks! Save your money!

China unfortunately! I should have researched prior to ordering. They have contacted me several times over the past few days since I posted this review. Half of my order is out of stock (which the site never stated when I placed order) & other half is supposed to be shipped next wk. I'll keep everyone informed of my shipment. THX

What a good question! I already threw my package away, However when you look on the net it says "USA" I got my items in about 6 days, and I am in Detroit. I also had no issues with them at all, However I would never buy from them again due to reputation. Also... USE paypal if you insist on getting something. At least its safe (financially)

That's what I believe and this. Company needs to be reported to the BBB. They are basically scam artists. I have manyfriends tell me about their bad. Experience with rosegal as well as mine personally.

They usually are shipped from China. One time they shipped me a sweater from the Netherlands.

I am told they are made in China and are shipped from NY. I have no problem that DHL did the delivery. I went on vacation the next day and I decided I did not need the bathing suit. I tried to call them to NO avail then I even tried to email them. DHL delivered it to my home and the delivery was refused. Then the company emailed me to call DHL to redeliver. They used an email that was NOT to be used with a response. I am still awaiting the company to get my money back and I have had to have my debit card changed and filled out paperwork at the bank to dispute the charges. To all who would use this company - I say don't - but if you do Good Luck

Made in China, shipped from there too. The stuff is cheap poorly made, poorly sized garbage. Don't waste your money.

I received my items and returned to China. They state that they only want you to return US Postal, which does not supply tracking overseas. In this case they do not need to pay to receive your item from customs and POOF... all is lost... Your $$$$$ and clothes.

They are in China. My 2 orders were supposedly shipped at the end of August & I still have not received them. I have requested a refund but RoseGal want me to wait until end of October. I have already opened a dispute through PayPal so hopefully they will refund my payments. I will not order again.

They do ship from China. And you run the risk of your package being lost in customs. If the is one bad item in the shipment from China the whole freight for that day is held upon inspection. That's why a lot of ppl haven't recieved their items... and also why the tracking numbers are useless. Order at your own risk! It's a 80/20 chance of being ripped off. 80 being the high chance... Some things come quickly if they are in stock. If not you get a cheap knock off version of whatever you ordered... sometimes months later. And getting your money back is the real battle. If you do order use Paypal.

When I got a response from the owner he told me the item from coming from China so to give it 30 days. It's been 60 plus days.

China, I personally have not had issues with the company and have ordered several times. Sizes are small and quality is what you pay for but overall good experiences. My items took 2-3 weeks typically. I did receive one item with a label from New York.

When i inquired about my items, i was told they shipped from China. Didnt know that before placing order. They tried to imply that since I didn't purchase additional tracking, that I was at fault. Do not order from them.

I ordered in July and never received my shippment. I complained several times on their website and finally got a refund.

For Beverly A: I am thinking China I ordered from Dresslilly and it is the same website if not close the problem is not so much it takes a while to arrive it is more the quality items are not exact on the website your sleeves will come up too small for your size ex: if you ask for a Large your sleeve will be like for a size small. I would suggest to check out the reviews exactly what happened to me with dresslilly has happened with most of the people that have given their reviews.

There was no return address on my package, only asian writing so I'm going to assume somewhere in asia.

The place is supposed to be in China. I don't know. I'm confused fight now. I was told that I will receive my purse that I purchased I n 10-25 business days but have not yet received it. It's has been since September 11th 2015. Any suggestions? What can we do about this?

I believe China. I have not received my order; however they did say they would refund my money. So, although my initial experience was negative they did attend to my needs. I 'd say it's ok to order, just be ready be ready to wait.and the tracking number is only good until it leaves China. Again they did say they would refund me so it's not a scam.
