Do not order from Rotita. I made the mistake of not researching them or I would have never done business with this company. Nothing they sell looks like the pictures they post. And, they do not make refunds.

Don't order from them! I ordered a dress in February and still never received it. The company is in China. They email you, if your lucky, in broken English and they don't take responsibility for stealing your money. I also paid for express shipping, and it's now April and I'm out of $45. Stay clear of this company, all negative reviews are 100% true. Just to be on the safe side, I cancelled my card and reported it lost and had a new one issued. I didn't trust they would not charge more on my card for an item I never received. Stay far away from Rotita!

Don't waste your time. Ordered over a month ago, never got items and they won't refund my money. Have been fighting with them through emails and "tickets" on their website for weeks. They don't respond to 75% of my questions, and when they ask me do respond about the order it's only a few words, and never great English. Then I will respond back and they don't, sometimes it's days in between. This last email I replied to was about two weeks ago, and they haven't replied back yet. I've written them a few times after, and get nothing. Very unprofessional! You most likely won't get your items... your better off throwing your money away.

This company exists however quality of clothing questionable equivalent to the stores like Pay Half or Easy Pickens. If you don't mind that quality then order. But bear in mind you will not be able to get a refund if clothes don't fit or any other problems with your order. Clothes also do not appear as advertised. The company is in China and you are responsible for cost if they even respond to you to return your items. They're is no full refund. And return policy is a ridiculous 3day return policy.

It took over a month for me to get my things. The quality of products were very cheap and mis sized.

Shipping takes months. The clothing material is cheap and looks nothing like the pictures and the sizes are not based on the states sizes. I got a size medium bathing suit and it would fit a 7 year old.

Don't order because they are posting pictures from other websites and making a replica of it that doesn't look nothing like it. The quality of the material is horrible and it's not the right size. My item was missing buttons as well. Also it takes two months to receive it. They is not willing to refund your money back.

Their clothing are not the quality you see in the image they post. The shirt i ordered was not to size. They made me prove 26th pics that the shirt was not as advertised before they would allow me to return then said i had to pay to ship it back to China or wherever. I finally gave up.

Don't order from them! The dress I ordered looked nothing like what was represented on the website. Quality was terrible, the dress was horrendous. My advice is don't waste your money.

Took for.eh.ver. To get here. I didn't expect amazing quality since it was coming from China and SUPER cheap but decided to give it a shot. I received a piece of sheer material that would fit a 7 year old. Literally. The material is as sheer as a sheer curtain panel. I would get arrested if I wore it.

Don't do it. You will be sorry. The quality is garbage. I spent $41 to return the items that my order cost me $87 and still no credit I'm sure they get the stuff back they are just crooks. Because apparently in China they don't offer tracking. Of course you don't find this out until it's too late..

I wished I had researched this company more before I ordered from them. Me personally, will never order or recommend that anyone but from them. I guess it's a real establishment because I discovered receive an order from them however the ads are from other stores like Ashley Stewart and Macy's etc so the descriptions are false! What i received was replicas VERY POORLY made ALL cheap polyester, 1 was 2 sizes toops big aND the other was 2 sizes too small. So I could.not do anything with any of it, I didn't send it back because I figured I wouldn't get my money or the product back... It took FOREVER for it to arrive I think it was like 2 or 3 months but they take your money immediately. Oh yeah there was not a single tag on any of it! Horrible experience.

Some people receive the product some don't. Just google the company. When you get it the quality is very very bad.

I can only confirm all the answers you see this far. I was taken last year for 3 separate orders. The company only change their name but all the orders are routed back to Rotita and you will not see your order but you will see your hard earned money disappear. I hope this helps

My first order was last week and for it to be coming from China it came rather fast, it took about 7 days and they also offered tracking info which I used and it was accurate. But the item i got was very thin cheap material and it was suppose to be a 16-18 but it was more like a size 8.

Monica R. Is correct! It took a month for them to ship my item and I paid for express and I had to keep sending them messages. When I got my item it was horrible quality nothing like what they had pictured. I am trying to get a refund but they want to keep giving me 15% discounts when I will NEVER order from them again I am 5 or 6 emails in and they are trying to talk me out of getting a full refund, I ain't having it. I received my order in about 2 weeks which was fine with me but it does not fit at all and there is no way to contact them (atleast where they'll actually respond). A: Do NOT order. Nothing on their site is what it seems - including the fake reviews. The items are nothing like the fake pictures that they use to lure you. Also, you may not even get the items since they are a complete scam. I will never order from them again. My advice is to stay away. Dont order from them. I was battling with Rotita customer service for over 2 months until PayPal helped me to get my money back.
They used to come with all sort of excuses, they are thiefs and I never received the item! That's chinese company so the quality of the products would be very poor and most probably there will be problem with the sizes, as that is a common problem with companies from China.
I would advise you to avoid Rotita.

I won't order from them, as I wrote on the review. I have order my dress since December and until today I haven't received anything and they refused to give refund, because they say it's not their fault it's a post office fault, so if they give my refund it's a loss for them. And bare in mind, customer service is so rude and you can only email them.

Do not order from them. They charged me for expedited shipping to be received in 2-5 days. They didn't even send it out until 2 weeks after I ordered it. I told them to cancel my order when it had been over a week and they hadn't shipped it, but they sent it anyway. Hi. I just received my items 2 weeks ago (from an order that was placed way back in February). I won't ever use them again. It's hard for me to "get" that this is a legitimate business. The sad part is they have appealing clothing at very reasonable prices, but that's it. It's still your choice, but be very careful and cautious!

I thought I would give this company a try. The week before Valentines day I ordered a swim suit for a trip I had in March. I paid extra for expedited service and I just received my swimsuit last week. They quality of it is so poor that I'm afraid to wear it. Strings of thread are hanging from the top and bottom piece. All of he commenters have had negative experiences. I bought 5 pieces and all 5 were made from shoddy materials or were crafted poorly. The pictures are stolen from other websites and are not representative of what they send. Emails returned are rude and uncompromising. The return policy on the website is not honored. DON'T DO IT!

You may or may not receive your items. And if you do the items look handmade with string and crooked stitching. Just horrible.

DON'T! Let me just tell you this. When I ordered my product I needed it for assn event that was 2 months away. I paid to have expedited shipping ok... By the time my order finally arrived the event was already over & the jumpsuit looked like it came from a costume store. These Chinese companies are all a scam.  When I made the mistake of ordering from them. As previously stated, trying to get a refund is like taking flight to Mars.  The contact person in customer care, after many negotiating contacts, finally told me that the people there in China need my money to feed and take care of their families.  Like we don't need our money to take care of our families here in the USA.  No one would mind supporting their business if it was legitimate, instead of supplying customers with quality merchandise.  I threatened them that they had 2-days to refund my money b4 I contact the BBB and take to social media to warns others NOT to take the plunge with false advertisement.  Folks, customer reviews REALLY ARE affective. Top quality beautiful clothes cheap pricing the only problem is they ship from China so it takes awhile to get your stuff but the sizing is perfect looks EXACTLY like the picture I don't know what these other people are talking about but I never had one problem with them ever and I've ordered something that was a little small did not have to pay to ship it back shipped it back and they gave me a full refund when I asked for it no questions asked so I don't know what these other people are talking about or what site they ordered from but rotita.com is a real winner

There are so many other reputable companies to order items from. DO NOT order from this site. They are definitely a scam. I'm still trying to return a dress that is so small it could fit a child. The sizing charts are not accurate at all. I've tried logging back in the site to "create a ticket" and AMAZINGLY my user name and password no long work and it does not allow me to reset my password.

And all of those 5 star ratings that are listed is most likely ROTITA trying to counteract the negativity real customers are documenting.

Ok so I'll be completely honestly I ordered from them 3x's the 1st time no problems loved my bday outfit but the 2nd and 3rd time... horrible took over 2 monrhs. Expedited shipping took over 3 weeks. After I ordered it showed that the shipping I was paying almost the price of item that was to be 4 day shipping was going to take them4 to 5 days to even process. Don't order anything from them! The products are nothing like they show in pictures on the website. Cheap and poor quality clothing. They do not send within the shipping time stated on the website and if you make a complaint they ignore it for weeks or you get poor response and they repeat the same response to delay any refunds.

The clothes look like an extreamly cheap version of the picture. Do not waste your money, they will only refund if you at for shipping, and only because I put in a appal claim. Shipping to China was $57 so I just never bothered

I got my stuff shipped 6 weeks after I ordered and it was shipped out on April 8th 2016 but I haven't received it yet. As of Friday the 22nd it has arrived in Canada... so fingers crossed.

JW - I filled a complaint through PayPal. I don't think Rotito would have followed up without. I got my first order finally arrived after 6 six weeks. Quality is okay. Still waiting on additional order. Personally I would never order from them. Hope this helps

Definitely don't. I seriously think every positive review on items on their site are fake. I tried to leave negative reviews on the few items I got and the site wouldn't accept it. Their return policy is horrendous. ((As in they will only give you 60%-max and they expect you to pay for the shipping, so if you DO decide to still go through with your purchase-you should just expect to be adding to your donate box since you would just lose more money in returning items.)) their items are not as described-they are I'll made and with cheap materials. The stuff looks adorable online-but trust me ((and he hundreds of others who have already made the same mistake)) you do not want to give them your business...

I placed an order april 4th I have not received my order, I just received a response a week ago from rotita. That was a week ago, this has been the worse online shopping experience to date. I was thinking of reporting them to the better business bureau. Paypal took my money instantly and that was it. I have no idea how to get my money back.

If I were you I certainly would find a genuine and decent site to order from as this company are scammed and go under various different names.

I wish I had researched the company before placing my order. The items I received was nothing compared to what was on their and it's so heartbreaking to see the difference. When I asked to return it, they advised me to keep it or consider giving it to a friend. They still won't send me an address to return.

The times I have ordered (twice) (same problem) I have always recieved the order I pay for but it is never the item as shown in the picture it's a cheaper alternative. I never got a response or any kind of customer service after several attempts to reaching some one so I never was able to return the item scence there's no info of any sort to return and never got the help to do so am stuck with items I don't want and waisted money that's my experience hope it helped.

I just received a swimsuit I ordered. The top section of the suit is seen to the bottom of the suit. When you put it on you have bottoms but the top half is completely attached to bottom of suit.
