I ordered a one person sauna back in February this year. I still haven't received my order. How long does a person wait?
Has anyone tested the saunas EMF level? Is this a full spectrum sauna or far infrared sauna?
I can't get help from Rick to build my wall. I paid a lot of money for all the materials, there are no written instructions (He refuses to send any)
Who can I speak to concerning building the wall? I ordered all the material and Rick will only help me on HIS time. I thought I was the customer.
