I've used TaxAct since 2009 and recommended it to friends. However, I'm currently unable to login due to Error Code 022 Username and Password. Ideas?

Can only execute Taxact 2016 in safe mode without networking so cannot efile. Anyone get around this issue?.

I messed up and didn't get my income to show, (instead it shows 0). Now I'm in the review stage and it looks like its ready to file! How do I start over or change it?! I don't want to file it as it is - its not finished! Should I start over with a different service?
