on 8/3/23TelMDFirst is legit and offers a 100% money back guarantee. Although some customers can not be treated due to requesting controlled substances. TelMDFirst successfully treats 10,000 patients per-month.
I received excellent care and medical services. They called me back promptly and were very kind, well-educated and helpful. I will be sure to use them again without a doubt.
Very poor service and rude employees. Never heard from anyone until I threatened to call BBB
Scam, they are providing a service to get your prescriptions refilled. You can do this yourself. They admitted on the phone they are not a legitimate licensed medical company.
Legit company with real doctors. I received care over the phone and prescriptions ent to my pharmacy.
Sham, Phillipines lightweight urgent care. Going to write Rx for over the counter meds. Could not renew a simple med I have taken for decades as needed for back pain. Last fill, 8 yrs ago. I had to call them... in spite of them say they would call
They are legit. I used them for two years. I first used them when I tested positive for covid on a holiday weekend. My primary care doctor said he would not treat me by phone and to go to urgent care. I could not go to urgent care with covid. That is when I called TelMD and received prompt care that followed up with me.
The company is legit. I have used them several times.
To the extent they advertise themselves as an alternative to in-office doctor visits, most definitely a scam.
