Paid $800 for an email blast. They said it's sent out to 6600 brides. We didn't get one lead. Can I get access to the bride list?

I also added a PIN and people can still see ALL the website through Google search. Our privacy is extremely important to my fiance and I. Can you please make our account private as it should be?
