How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Top Fake ID?

They usually reply within 24-48 hours. Slow at weekends but faster at working days. The customer service has a good communication level.

It took them 3-4 hours to answer all of my questions. Their support staff is co-operative.

Very easy and they reply fast. I emailed them a couple of times before ordering and they answered quickly.

I opened a ticket prior to ordering. I asked them whether I can use a custom drivers license number. They replied in 3 hours and made it clear that unless I know how to create a proper drivers license number I should leave that field empty. So, it was a helpful experience over all.

Its not theres no phone number provided only an address and an option to send a message if u send a message u get an automated email response directly acter saying they will get to you in 24 hours but thats all you will hear from them

Impossible all you will get is an automated reply saying that they will get back when they can
