It took them 3-4 hours to answer all of my questions. Their support staff is co-operative.
Very easy and they reply fast. I emailed them a couple of times before ordering and they answered quickly.
I opened a ticket prior to ordering. I asked them whether I can use a custom drivers license number. They replied in 3 hours and made it clear that unless I know how to create a proper drivers license number I should leave that field empty. So, it was a helpful experience over all.
Its not theres no phone number provided only an address and an option to send a message if u send a message u get an automated email response directly acter saying they will get to you in 24 hours but thats all you will hear from them
