on 3/28/16Don't waist your money neither with Vacationhomerentals.com. I had subscription with the highest cost for 3 years and when you have only one house they don't give a damn about you. If you are PM and list bunch of houses they pump up those in front of platinum plan even if they pay the lowest fee. Save your money and time beside stress. Since now they are bought out by flip key is worst then before. I have been with them when the transition happened and one the flip key took over I haven't received one single inquiry from them, after complains they send out a fake inquiry just to shut my mouth.
VRBO are the same!
Home owner trying to find an honest advertising website for listing my property.
I've been using Vacationhomerentals since 2012 and have had much success renting. A few not so good renters but that is why you charge a security deposit. Plent of inquiries, you do have lull periods but it depends on the time of year. Once you hit March, the inquiries and bookings increase tremendously. I like the site because you have statistical data, know what people search for and it's easy to manage.
Got sick of VRBO they charge you $400 and each online booking gets paid after the guest leaves they also charge the guest a large booking fee. I now use VHR and am pretty happy I also used them several years ago. Works like VRBO used to.
