My daughter and her friends went to the Lady Gaga concert, in American Airlnes Arena and the tickets do not working. AAA did not let them in, and viviseat do not give us an good explanation of what happened. We paíd 1.200 dolars 9 month ago. I do not recomend this company. IT IS A FRAUD.
No way, they have zero integrity, they don't care about you or what your issue is.
No. They will sell you bad tickets and you will not be able to enter the venue.
CANNOT TRUST THEM AT ALL. THEY TACK ON HIGH FEES AND YOU WON'T GET YOUR MONEY BACK.
No! Please don't do it!
I bought tickets to the Paul McCartney concert in Dallas cost me $300... I spent weeks trying to get the barcodes to get in the concert and all they could tell me was all sales are final even though they didn't produce the tickets... And now they won't give me my money back either... I disputed it through my credit card company vivid seats would you believe sent to my credit card company their documents or there will be rebuttal to my dispute... would you believe they sent someone else's documents and their disputes $1,005! It's for a bowl game in another state and I believe it's for 3 tickets... The concert was June and I'm still trying to get my money back.
My mom bought 2 tickets to see MGK and they said it was a glitch that cancelled the tickets
