Why do I receive repeated emails for the tea I order that shows it on sale, but the closest store 140 miles away, with 0 in stock and you won't send?

I ordered something and it got lost.... What do I do?
I saw a table I want, but I've read online the awful experiences others have had when buying furniture. Bad product delivery and horrible customer service are frequent examples on this website. Why should I trust buying furniture from World Market?
I recently ordered the Garner dining table. It got mostly rave reviews. It's made of solid rubber wood. I have read different opinions about that wood. Is it a sturdy wood? I love the look of this table and hope it will hold up. Thanks!
