I ordered mid-November, haven't received my order yet. I contacted the company mid-December to check as I hadn't received notice that my items had been shipped, they said they were doing their best to get my order shipped and would let me know when it was. It's now mid-January, I've had no notice of shipping, my emails haven't been answered, and my items haven't arrived. Are they going to??? Order #7991569
