on 9/16/22It was very easy to reach Customer service to change our delivery date and to report issues with cabinet doors. We received new doors relatively quickly.
While it is easy to get a hold of a person, it it to bad the actual customer service reps are bad.
Wren take 6 to 7 days to answer an email and you get a different agent agent every time. Not helpful in ongoing complaint when kitchen laminate has failed. Initial complaint started in November. It is now February and still ongoing.
