Ordered a mini fridge when I got there they were sold out but offered me other similar choices with what was in stock. Very satisfied with product and customer service.
Its a long story but in short you will get something similar to what you ordered but probably more damaged than promised and missing, damaged, and incorrect parts. Just save yourself some time and buy new. It's not worth the hassel.

there were installation pieces missing. I called Danby and they are sending new parts-IN EIGHT TO TEN WEEKS, VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE PRODUCT.
customer service at Danby said this was an older product and would take longer to get parts.

It was a quick and easy transaction. However, my product has a right handle that is smashed in and a triangle hole above the right handle that measures 1" on all 3 sides. I looked in the box but didn't see the missing piece. Although the unit seems to operate properly I was expecting a better quality. I attempted to call you early Friday afternoon but the voice mail said your office was closed. I would really like an explanation. Thanks

I wanted to re-rate 3gorillas because of the after-purchase service I received. I purchased a refurbished Danby portable AC for my warm 2nd floor rooms. It arrived after about 5 days with a broken vent assembly, but they sent me a new one. Very happy with how they handled the issue. The unit had scratches and scuffs, but this was addressed in the item description. The unit itself can make a sunless room very cold, but it takes a long while to affect multiple rooms. Overall though, I am very pleased. Thanks

the overall process was easy but when it said about picking up in new holland there was no bypass for that I had to put a shipping address in and that didn't make sense since I was picking it up or hope to.

I ordered a shredder with some hesitation. Got the product fast, but it was not the right product for me. Contacted three gorillas and was told to send an email. Got a response that a technician will call. Said "oh-oh, here comes the BS". No- I just got a return tag, and a few nice emails. They got the returned package this morning and informed me of the refund before noon
