Thought I had called UTUBE TV direct, loss my wallet and had to change cards for the monthly set up, Brian explained they were an independent tech provider and would delete all the info I gave. I thought that was the end of it but Brian stayed on the call, was very polite and walked me through the whole process. He went above and beyond with his assistance in helping me, we started talking sports after that it was a very good call! Thanks Brian

When Valerie the vet called and explained my dog's symptoms to me and then listened to what we were treating her with it gave us a tremendous sense of peace of mind. After racking my brain and patience for 3 hours on Saturday afternoon ( 7/15/22), about Hulu blocking my account, I called
6YA. I was sent to Ron. He quickly responded and we tried everything he could think of with no success.
Then he remembered a site that tells you what going on with a particular APP.
Turns out Hulu was having massive equipment problems. They had been down for at least 24 hours and maybe more

I called for an Uber. Someone accepted was a minute away and disappeared. I was charged some money. In desperate need of assistance when I told Google I wanted t to speak to Uber. 6ya popped up. I was asked for my card information under the impression that I was being refunded my money. "Payment completed popped up" now I'm really crazy. Who is this and what did I just pay for. Adrian was so calm and kind. Give him a raise please.

I was overcharged by Uber for $20 I was in the uber app trying to figure out how to dispute it. This box pops up for 6ya I'm thinking it's still uber because I never left app next thing I know my account is debited another $50 So I immediately contact them to say I don't want this and need my money. Now they are saying I used the service so I'm out my money. Not trust worthy company

I found it very enlightening the way your system is set up. First y oh chat and state your prob my em, then you get a live agent. The waiting time was zero and for todays world, thst is great. The chat man was kind (name was Chris), but the msn I spoke with last night on zthyrsday, the 22nd of July at about 9:30 was super pleasant and helpful, I keep thinking his name was Charles, but I can be wrong, but whoever he was, keep him!
Becsuse they said the waiting time for Hulu would be awhile, so their was other ways to connect wuicker, so this nsme grabbed my eye and I called snd I was happy I did.
Like I stated above, h the name grabbed my eye, but like I said; the service was terrific and they guide you right through with patience and boy did he have patience with me! I just kept babbling on about what happened. If it was me, I would of became a little irate, but this gentleman was so pleasant. We need more people like him these days! My 17 year old cat is not feeling well and I was directed to Sarah and she was able to help me with the emotion that I was feeling and worried not to mention Abel to help me locate a few of the animal hospitals and vets in my area that could help her meaning my cat. She was kind and compassionate and understanding being an animal lover herself. You will truly be lucky if you get her if you need any help regarding your animal. She definitely deserves a raise in my book

I was extremely fortunate that Richard PM answered my online request/question, as he swiftly brought my concern of not having a transportation service to a screeching halt. He stayed on phone with me to ensure i had the correct link to sign on with Uber. As stated in the subject line Richard is the Gold standard governing himself with great pride and respect for the information he provides for those that need help.
At first I had to talk to someone to tweak the sign in process. He was excellent. So pleasant to talk to. Then I spoke to someone else about a different but related subject. Again, this person was great in all respects. Several days later it was time to shop. So many wonderful choices. Frankly, I just had fun doing my shopping. It all arrived yesterday and it looked great, and it is. Love this place. So glad to have discovered it.

Andy was the single best company phone representative I have ever worked with. Andy was perfectly knowledgeable throughout every step required for me to submit a dispute. There wasn't one moment where I was confused, frustrated, or slightly angered that I spent 44 minutes on the phone w/him plus the 10 minutes it took me to find a phone # for Uber Eats. Hopefully the 54 minutes I spent trying to figure out the unrecognized charges will be rectified. Thank you Andy for a great job helping me!

Good for AOL for hiring such a fine young man. My problem was about a bogus email from AOL. I solved it by changing my password twice which appeared to resolve the problem but I wanted professional verification which he provided.

Due to having to cancel a credit card I had to call several accounts to give them a new card number. After several calls one experience involved two calls and an hour total. I had one more account to call that was Roku. This was the best experience I had I was connected with Andrew and he had my question answered and another problem resolved within minutes. Best experience I had in dealing with support providers. Great Job Andrew.
