My daughter had the chance to work with Jessica and her asst. It always goes very well and we've had many auditions with different companies set up by Jessica. In this industry you have to be available when they need you, we live 3 hours away (depending on traffic) and we've always made it to NY to audition for a few minutes. It's such a great experience and Jessica knows how to capture awesome pictures of my daughter! We love every minute of it and my daughter loves Jessica! We never had any issues and will love to see where it takes us!
This company does not keep their word. They tell you your pictures will be sent to you within 2 weeks. I emailed them ten times and still have not received any pictures. We took our pictures in June 2018 and it is January 2019, still no pictures or reply to the emails. I brought up the reviews when I was contacted by her and she said those are individuals whose child didn't get picked up. Yet she says she represents all kids who are under her roster. This company is truly unprofessional. I would not believe those who rated her 4&5 stars. Most likely, they are fake. As you can see there are way more reviews saying not to use this company.

My twins Faith and Piper Tyson were part of a PSA with Roc Nation. They were so excited! We saw the video, and it was great. The twins had a small part but I know they will have many more opportunities! Thank you so much!
So excited! :) :) ! My son just went on his first audition for GAP Kids today & it was so great! He did such a good job and was a favorite for sure! Cant wait to see if he books the job I'm so glad we took this chance
I could go on and on about what a terrible company this is... if you really want to call it a company. Jessica is only concerned with her own money and that's it. She's not professional and her attitude is very phony. Please don't waste your time or peace of mind.
Jessica dis great shooting my boys (13 months and 8 yrs old)! She was patient with them and got some amazing pictures! I was very happy with the shoot. We had to reschedule our first appt but that was fine, next one was within 2 weeks. She already has had my older son on the talk show, Sister Circle, which was such a great experience! Thanks so much Adorable Talent!
You can tell this woman only cares about herself. She gets experienced photographers, makeup and hair people for her own private photoshoots. Then she turns around and hires a photographer that captured blurry photos of my child without hair and makeup included. Her kids book jobs once and a blue moon and she continues to post old stuff up. She will say her kids booked a job but never shows the completed job. My kid has been signed with her for a while now and she didn't even know who my child was. Save your money and find a different manager.
Jessica took photos of my daughter and they came out terrible. I'm upset that I spent that much money on terrible photos. I would ask for a refund but looking at the other reviews I guess that won't happen.
Adorable Talent got my daughter a great opportunity to be on a PSA for Tidal. It was a great experience and we were so happy to have our daughter apart of such a wonderful cause! Our daughter learned a lot about the entertainment business from that one opportunity. Thank you!
Someone recommended this agency to us I've brought my daughter to a seminar paid 150 for her to attend fast forward a year later my oldest daughter decided she wanted to try out modeling so I went back to this agency paid $300 for a photo shoot I never received any photos and it's going on 5 months I'm all for supporting black owned businesses but this is ridiculous I've reached out through the app I used to pay for the photo shoot instagram and adorable talent website it's self still nothing... will definitely take my money else where no hard feelings just a lesson learned!
I just feel that I have to share my experience with Adorable Talent – I submitted a photo of my daughter online & immediately got an appointment for an interview the following day and was asked to bring along my 2 other kids (w/o seeing their pics) on that day they had a short interview and their photo was taken then was told to come back the following day for final interview, well today they finally revealed that they are charging $795 as start up fee then $39.95 monthly fee, for each child! When I told her that I didn't expect that much amount of fee, the girl had the nerve to tell me that I should have paid more attention to yesterday's presentation (I swear the cost was never brought up!) And that I should be prepared to spend money to start my kids onto something! My kids and I were very disappointed, Adorable Talent Scam
Jessica Moultrie is not only a liar but a thief. I have never received my link and I doubt I ever will for my children. It's been well over 3 months now. The photographer I met with was very nice and she was professional. However Jessica is far from professional, she is extremely rude and never answers my calls or texts. I can't stress to you enough how much I would not give her a cent to take a photoshoot. She rarely gets people auditions and as get as my children we never got one call for an audition. From looking at her page I can tell you she's more into her self than the kids. I'm beyond disappointed and wish I could get my money back as I never even received the photos.
My daughter Kaylee did a photo-shoot wast month and already booked her first gig! We are so excited bc we were a little nervous but everyone was so nice and Kaylee is so excited about being a star! We cant wait to see her add on toy boxes everywhwere ;)
I have been working with Jessica for 3 years. She signed my daughter as her talent when she was 3 years old. Jessica has always
Managed To keep in touch with me and to keep up with updating my daughters portfolio so she's ready to send out her headshots. I honestly recommend adorable
Talent and their amazing team.
As a industry mom for the past 10yrs I've had many experiences! Every company will tell you what they do but no company can guarantee any bookings. Jessica did tell me this upfront which I already knew but the fact that she stated this made me comfortable. She has a hard work ethic for her talent and she really cares for each child, as a mother we can see this. Kids don't just take to anyone! Needless to say I have been with her for about 7 months and each one of my 3 boys have worked atleast 3x. We are more low key than most parents of industry kids but my boys are handsome with personality and so we gave this a try! It's been a great experience thus far and I'm a full time mom! I'm glad Jessica is opening doors for many ethnic kids, a lot of companies focus on Caucasian.
Hi My daughter is 13 years old and is a model and future actress and I went to a talent scout and it was a RIP OFF!-totally scam My daughter is African-American and no offense but the only kids she chose were whites and Latinos. The only black children she took were the ones with the wild curly hair. I will defiantly not go back to Adorable Talent scouts scam again! Now the only way my daughter feels like she will be picked is if she has curly hair[which she can have, naturally]. Please help, no discrimination with these agencies please! Also these agency just waiste your time and your money totally scam jessica adorable talent.
Thanks
My daughter did a shoot with Jessica and she was very sweet, patient and gave her tips to help her be comfortable. That same day she took one of the pictures and sent to her client Gap and we went on a audition the text day! She got a callback and well but she was a little too small but they said they would definitely be using her in the near future!
Submitting my girls was super easy the person I spoke to was very nice and helpful my 5 month old was selected for a casting call which was even better I'm so satisfied choosing adorable talent
Please DO NOT spend your money on this woman's photos! The owner/photographer doesn't even know that when you're outdoors, no flash is needed. When sent on an audition I noticed everybody's kids pictures had been taken by a real photographer. Mothers at the casting call recommend that i get better photos and submit to a mgmt. FYI the moms in the industry know to stay away from ADORABLE TALENT. I guess that's why Jessica likes getting NEW talent with no experience. Once did just that my child started booking jobs under Generation model mgmt.
Paid for a photo shoot that I thought should have been closed since it was paid for but when i got there she took photos of another kid in between the outfit change which was outside Jessica claim her props were lost and on top of that I had to wait over 2 months for pics and when I got them I was discussed I could have took better pics with my phone their always going to say spots are limited and fillings up to make u think they are in high demand when they accept any and everybody as long as their paying
I personally had a an encounter with this "Adorable Talent Scam" and I advise any and every parent to stay far away! This lady puts on Instagram that she is searching for new talent however when she emails you she tells you there are no start up fees to be considered HOWEVER there is a 200 - 300 dollar fee to shoot with her photography (mind you she is the one taking the photos and sometimes gets inexperienced photographers) I personally spoke with a couple of parents after the shoot with her and at least two different parents said she charged them something different! Long story short the photos were HORRENDOUS not to mention she was never forth coming in terms of "IF" she was going to represent every kid that paid for those services or not... A REAL TALENT MANAGER OR AGENCY DOES NOT CHARGE ANYTHING THEY CAN RECOMMEND PROFESSIONAL PHOTOS BUT THEY DO NOT CHARGE YOU ANYTHING! BE CAREFUL!
"RUN FAR AWAY! SCAM SCAM SCAM" - I personally had a an encounter with this "Company Adorable Talent Scam" and I advise any and every parent to stay far away! Our experience with Talent Manager, Jessica Moultrie, from Adorable Talent has been very unfortunate, upsetting, and frustrating. My son booked a job with a client through Adorable Talent in October 2017, only for Jessica to pull something shady with my son's hard earned money. We have been requesting in numerous emails and texts that she send my son his money and that she is only entitled to 20%. Jessica claimed for months she was trying to locate my sons money, but would never give me specific details of whom she was speaking with to resolve the issue. After doing my own investigation, I found the person responsible for paying their models and they sent me a statement showing they direct deposited Jessica my sons money in May 2018! After confronting her with the info, Jessica claims she would send my son his check in the first week of October 2018, and we still had received nothing! After having to threat with legal action was I able to get my son's money sent to me. This was 10 months of trying to retrieve his money! Please stay far away from this company. She takes advantage of the parents ignorance to the business but most importantly, could take advantage of her young clients.
Tip for consumers:
RUN.
This was a great experience for my daughter's first casting. The process was very smooth and comfortable. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants there child to be in this industry.
I was bit skeptical when I first heard about Adorable Talent. The skepticism came by way of a kiosk that promised to put my Daughter Kiani Rose on the Map, when she was barely walking. However like most, nothing materialized. A couple of years ago a friend told me about Jessica and I decided heck why not. I attended her Workshop and a few weeks later got the necessary headshots. Next thing I know my daughter was receiving casting calls. She landed several paid gigs and modeled in time square got her 15 minutes on the Kitty walk and even a spot on Sesame Stree which aired on HBO. My daughter built her resume quickly thanks to adorable talent but My daughter's heart was not in it. It became all to obvious when Jessica got her an interview with Wilhelmina (I believe that's the spelling). Her grandmother who had been the one taking her to her bookings and casting calls called me and said, She is refusing to take off her jacket and has a bad attitude. I got on the phone and Kiani said. Dad I don't want to do this anymore. I said ok and that was that. Incredibly to this day Jessica checks in with me to see if Kiani wants to start back up, going as far as offering her free headshots. But my daughter is still not ready.
So a few things of note, make sure your kid wants to do it. Second, just because they are beautiful or special they must be outgoing. Third, you will get out of it what you put in. If you are not willing to go to the casting calls at a moments notice than this is not for you. With all of that being said, if YOU and your kid have what it takes, Adorable Talent will help get you there by knocking on every door possible on your behalf.
Sincerely,
Izzy S

Hi Cristine, I wanted to reply to you because Adorable Talent does not charge a start up fee or monthly fee for it's services, can you please contact me directly? You were scammed by someone else acting as a rep for Adorable Talent. The steps you mentioned are not even the steps we take to represent talent. Sorry you experienced that and this will be looked into.
