I have been shopping at Albertsons for some time now, just wanted to give a shout out to Kristie an Philip! Thank you both for always being so kind, helpful when i come into the store. Helping me find what i need, or just a quick smile or a hello But i must say, its always clean an quiet! Prices are great an I always find good deals. I enjoy the atmosphere, an can take my time while shopping even if I'm riding in the cart when i don't feel well. You both are a great asset to the company!
Albertson's produces usually are good fruits, so I shop Albertson's for the produce, they (Albertson's) really provide the freshest produce. I ordered some grapes (green) and it was full of spider webs, this isn't normally Albertson's style. Please in the future make sure your fruits don't have spider webs and any other unwanted things in them. I've taken pictures cause I'm very disappointed with my order.

I love Albertsons. But, I also realized that a pound of ground beef is $7.49 while last week it was $5.99. The store has gone beyond insane with prices and unfortunately, I need to stop shopping there and go to Winco again. I won't buy food at Walmart, but I am going to miss Albertsons.
I will check on their greed and sanity periodically. I have decided though, that this is enough. They sell wreaths for $40 outside...
They have great customer support. They helped me through everything and helped me understand everything.

Too many listed on Google search. Once you find it, pages for ad don't fully show on mobile screen. Trying to adjust screen to see full page, you lose the website. Get a panel of consumers in to meet with you IT people to fix the impossible MESS of an app… I'm switching to Smith I'm so frustrated!
On Wed. June 15th at appox. 7:45 pm Albertsons did not honor their $13.99 lb crab legs which is the advertised ad, I saw and was told by the butcher on duty they only had the $14.99 lb. The manager on duty pretended to be assisting someone else when i asked to speak to her. This is the second encounter I've had with this store and had said i wouldnt be back over a year ago so for sure its not worth shopping here close to my job ever again.
The employees are nice and helpful except the cashier's. They don't greet the customers, that's okay. They don't thank you for shopping there, that's okay, too. But I don't appreciate them slamming my food around. My Fritos Dippers are now crushed and only good for chicken feed. Thanks Irene- you know who you are.

I have had fresh pass for 2 years, only because I intended to cancel after the first year, but at that time you could not cancel the recurring charge and had to cancel within three days according to policy. They charged my card a week before it ended and refused to refund it. I could however cancel my subscription to fresh pass and it would end immediately with out refund. The majority of fresh produce is slimy and moldy and rotten. The dairy it expired or very close to it with in a day or two, I have received milk that was not expired but was soured which means it was handled in correctly and unsafely and yet they still send it out to customers for home delivery. They extremely overpriced all products so they can inflate what they say you saved. They have five fresh pass and rewards points. Might as well forget about saving money with those on delivery orders. The spread it out between all items on the order. If they are out of stock or send you out damaged items it's just gone. Because it only refunds the amount of item after the discount is applied. As an example I placed an order yesterday for oranges. Inflated original price was 9.99. Click coupon for 4.97, add reward $3.00 off produce. Was charged 6.08 for the bag. By my calculation that bad of oranges should cost me $1.97 simple math. I called customer service because me entire order was was over charged $26.49. The representive decided to start with the orange 45 minutes of his saying I was charged right and him putting me on hold so he could check. The 7th time he went to put me on hold I lost it I had told him a number of times to transfer me to someone that could help me. He refused to transfer me often ten more minutes I stated I wanted his supervisor. His answer was his supervisor would tell me the same thing. At that point I told him point blank at least his supervisor might know how to do simple math. That. I wanted to be transferred now that I did not want to deal with him anymore. I got his supervisor explained the amount of money I had been over charged. He put me on hold came back and said as a one time customer courtesy he would refund my money. I don't fell it's courtesy to give me back what was stolen from me to start with. This is every receipt not to the extent of today. But at least a dollar or two of over charge and like me I am sure 1000's of people everyday just don't feel it's worth the hassle to try get it back. But it adds up in the two years even if it only averaged $2 on each receipt twice a week $416.

That you can expect to be over charged, do not order any fresh products that you will be very disappointed if they are usable at all. Always mark do not substitute you will be charged more for a small package than you ordered. Rewards are not worth trying to use. Over all if you don’t like get overpriced items and then being over charged, DON’T SHOP AT ALBERTSONS.

Sam & Brandi at the Gillette, Wyoming branch are amazing! They really know how to make their customers feel special and cared for! From picking the greenest bananas for my husband to the best flowers for me. They have gotten to know our preferences and always arrive at out car with smiles. They even leave us notes on our purchases to make us smile! Best of luck to these two amazing ladies! I have no doubt your adventures in Deli are going to be epic!
I got excited when I found an item that is hard to find. I traveled 35 miles to learn they do not sell this item at all. It may be advertised online but this does not mean anything. Go to Walmarf, it is better.
I visited 2 of your stores 4241 an 4279 to buy mayo at both stores the mayo i was going to purchase was all out of date. I brought it to the attention of managers some went out of date in 2022. Went back 2 days later an they were still on the shelf! Is this the way you do buisness? Sad really sad.

Not happy with Albertsons. Three times now I have spent more than an hour putting together an order online for pick up only to have the entire order wiped out. Could never get it back. When I finally called to complain, the agent in a foreign country told me that other people are having the same problem. But of course in a round about way told me that it was my fault. It's clearly something on their end that they are not acknowledging.
I avoid this store whenever possible. Checkers are talking amongst themselves, not the least bit interested in the long lines and truly don't care. Prices are about 30÷ higher than their competition. I cant find half the items I need but they are available elsewhere. How can they remain in business? Terrible management.

Tonight I ventured to try albertsons sushi maguro red tuna, it looked good, then when home, it tasted funny, so in the ingredients it stated it was alaskan pollack, NOT TUNA

Groceries delivered to the wrong address multiple times. Fights for refunds. Errors placing orders. Long waits for customer service. And when I went to cancel, of course there was another error. I will now have to let them charge my card and then refund me just to cancel. How is this worth it? It was the worst grocery service I have ever tried.
I'm a senior, typically we have to use the restroom more often, but the Durango Colorado store has them locked up, and you have to find management personal to access.Also every time I go into Albertsons I feel like I'm working for the store, being pushed into self checkout lanes instead of good customer service where they check you out and give you a good social feeling.I don't work for Albertsons and don't plan on it in the future, I'll never go back to there stores for any grocery shopping EVER! This place over and over allows employees to treat customers badly, with attitude and rudeness, limits so called deals and it's the most expensive groceries from all the stores, but quality and customer service is the worst! Plus is dirty! I am disappointed and disgusted to go there, I am done shopping in that place, every time I go there I end up upset with their style, non existent respect towards customers and ripping people off with their prices and products!

What I like most about Albertson's is their customer service. The staff are always friendly and helpful and they create the most pleasant experience every time I shop there. Keep up the awesome service.
I don't particularly appreciate writing a negative review, but this is bothersome. "I frequently shop at Albertson's in the early mornings, and I know most of the cashiers ( but this one might have been transferred or started working the mornings), and today, when I went there, I encountered a cashier named Maria. She was busy chatting with another staff member in the Starbucks section of the store and seemed annoyed when she had to come and ring us out. When I asked her a question, she gave me a rude look and reluctantly answered, she deliberately rang up the items very slowly, making others wait longer. It's a beautiful morning, and I don't understand why someone like her would want to make others' day miserable. As a cashier, her job is to help and assist customers; if she doesn't like it, she shouldn't work in that role."

I have shopped at Albertsons in Temecula off of Temecula parkway for 20'years. Lately I have noticed that their costumer service is less than desired. Perhaps they are taken me for granted that I will
Just keep coming. I also don't like their new organization with their shelves and signs. It is hard to find anything and the signs are faces in the wrong direction so they are hard to read. I decided to try out Ralphs off if Temecula prkwy. WOW, what a big difference. Super clean, extremely organized and friendly employees. Ralphs is my new store that I will go to from now on.
There were 2 workers just standing there! They didn't have the Boston cream cake we wanted and my husband stood there staring at the workers for 15-20 minutes. Then to top it off we received a old German chocolate cake!
I have been trying for over 2 hours put in a pickup order on the Albertsons app. I can't get the weekly ads to add to my order. It is too hard to get the deals added to my order. I can't even find the add items that should be available on the ads on the store site. I love shopping there but since I've been stuck at home after surgery and have to use pickup or delivery my orders are not the items I requested I'm going to find somewhere else to shop.
Items ordered showed in stock, but weren't. 6 out of 8 items out and impossible to cancel, even hours before delivery. Chatted with someone and cancelled and confirmation, but order still delivered. Won't be shopping here again.
This is by far the worst pharmacy ever, beside they call your doctor which don't melt to nothing they won't listen to her, and the HIPAA law states that you are not allowed to say what someone else's medicine is I don't care if you live with them or not this pharmacy gives up too much business when they they shouldn't and definitely shouldn't be calling your doctor like she gives two s**** so let that mother f****** b****
