Everything is realatively easy. It would be nice to have a save for later or remove item b option at checkout when you go through the Web.
I am incredibly angry that I believed I would receive the actual products I ordered. Before purchasing I checked where the company was located, and the website England so I thought it was likely a reputable company. Boy was I wrong - the company is out of China and are scam artists. They post nice clothing photos for sale and then once you receive them, they are not at all what was advertised and are the cheapest garbage that you can imagine. They are very quick to answer their emails, I will give them that, but there is no customer service at all. DO NOT order from this company, they are a complete rip off! First photo is the advertised sweater. The 2nd photo is what I received, plastic polyester that isn't anything like the advertised version!
Here they were very responsive and answered all my questions quickly and completely. I hope to see how the clothes look.

A pretty splendid online clothing store that is friendly and quick to answer questions, shipments take normal, the rest is excellent.
This website is great. Excellent customer service, someone always responded to me in a timely manner. I tried to buy a simple dress with a good discount, it arrived on time, it is very beautiful, I will definitely order more and recommend it to my friends.
I was wrong to order without checking these reviews. Any positive ones are clearly injured by the company's customer service itself.

The sizing was off to begin with. I ordered the largest size available. Should have known better. Did not check these reviews before I order two. I have learned my lesson. I asked for a refund. They would not give me one except for $3 on a $30 item. They are despicable. On top of that I had to pay international shipping charges for heavens sakes. Terrible company.

I bought a beautiful Show Po dress and the color ran when I washed it! I was really worried and couldn't get the stain off the dress, so I contacted them immediately. I received an email in a matter of minutes and we discussed my options. I was attended by a girl, she was so lovely and made the experience easy! I found this clothing store of good quality, my new dress looks just like in the photos, it met my expectations.

A few items didn't look the way they looked in the catalog Thought they would be softer and two items had a pattern that I didn't see in the catalog. I did love the color of two of the tops I got and the length was great. Nice selection. I appreciate the detailed measurements listed. The return policy is not good though so really make sure it's what you want and you read the detailed description of the items.

The dresses and blouses in this online boutique are of good quality, exactly as on the website, the colors correspond, the sizes are consistent. The only bad thing is that when placing an order at my house, the shipping took longer than expected, because I live a bit far away, but it is worth it.

The pants I bought here are very well designed. They thin and shape the body due to the way the seams are placed. I bought size 12, a perfect fit and very comfortable to wear.
