A solution to my non-compatibility issue due to a bad description on the product listing was to do business with another company to make it right. This was offered by the President of Arcadian!
He claimed they have little to no experience with BNC connections on a coax and couldn't help me any further.
I am completely glad I didn't spend much more here than a small sample order of antennas for a couple vehicles.
Look elsewhere for people that stand behind a sale. I was generously offered to send it all back at my expense.

Very professional and courteous staff with very knowledgeable engineers who know their product. This company is NOT just a re-seller but a company who puts a lot of forethought into the products they sell, manufacture, and distribute.

Arcadian provides anything I need in a timely manner and anytime there is an issue they find a resolution before I can even send an email.

I receive the antenna promptly but it took me several days to connect. Initially the connection was not making contact because both connections were female. I had to adapt and make a connection between both female connectors. I did that today, but I have not Completely tested it.

Yesterday afternoon there were GB8s with a pl-259 connector, but today I would have to wait 6-8 weeks. No problem putting on a pl-259 connector, just faster to put it into operation for Search and Rescue.

Mike Crudele is the most amazing Specialist of anyone from any field I have ever worked with. Not only was he professional but he directed me to the best product for my application and helped me find resolutions for problems I didn't even realize I had until he courteously pointed them out for me.

Fast order processing, however, when I first went to the website and attempted to purchase the mount it never redirected me to PayPal, but instead created an account and emailed me a password. Second time I tried to purchase this mount it went through and was a quick, easy experience.

The shipping cost appears only after I placed my order. Too expensive shipping cost. If I aware this expensive shipping cost BEFORE I placed my order, sure I do not buy this antenna.

Freight costs were 2 1/2 times the cost of the items. It would be great if there was an affordable freight option.

Note: We used our UPS account but Arcadia's costs were higher.
