Had issue with my purchase. Wrote to aukey but the response is horrible. And wrote an email to get an answer but it's been 1 month and still no answer, so shows how much they care about the customers. Never ever buy from them!

These people DO NOT SUPPORT THEIR WARRANTIES. Even on their website, they REMOVED their own product reviews, because the reviews were bad. I have contacted them a half dozen times about a failed device within the 2 year warranty. NO RESPONSE WHAT SO EVER. NOTHING.
DO NOT buy from these people.

Editing my review because the Customer Experience Manager called me immediately to resolve the issue I experienced.

I received a great product but the will call experience was not the greatest, given the weather the day I picked up.

I got one on a deal from Amazon. The device I got isn't very detailed on how much power it has. It shows three colors - white (full), green (middle?) And red (empty).

I wish there was more detail. But it works reasonably. Mine can charge an iPhone a few times.

I think capacity is less than it was but that's OK, I've used it over a year.
