I purchased a vehicle over the weekend and it was the specials that drew me in. The website doesnt even justify the professionalism and respect that my sales person had. I can say i've always considered buying a car a nightmare. This time wasnt half bad. Honestly it was great... Thanks for reading my review Auto Plaza of Texas in Irving Tx you have my vote,

If u thinking about buying a car here please think 5 times before you do it. These people are very rude. They will cut the switch on u if u are 6 hours late. Then the lady Dora has hung up in my face 4 times. They say they had no grace period but they know covid is taking everyone through something. I got a 2013 Sentra and it had 126,000 miles on it and the monthly payment is 640.00 a month. This carlot is very disrespectful and rude. Make this be your last choice on looking for a car. I have never been through nothing like this. They talk over you they just plain out rude.

First PePe was amazing found me some thing in my budget...
But it goes down hill.,. So that day I was rushing do I didnt get any paper work or even my monthly rate. But when my spouse picked up the car he was not given any info paper work either. He drove the car home. NO ISSUES AT THAT TIME.
NEXT MORNING IT WAS A SATURDAY. I get up to head to work...
Nothing... clicks and the check engine light... I call them, and was tranferred to the service... it was closed. I called back got a amazing rep this time. Told me the service center was closed... Told me if I brought it back they would get me a new one. So I didnt get a battery that day, and now its Monday 08/15/ car still in same location... and I cant get there til Thursday. Smh

Hello. I leased a hyundai santa fe from Auto Plaza in Irving Texas on 03/21/2024 the vehicle broke down on me twice both times I lost all power in my vehicle 2 time I had to return my vehicle to the dealership I was told they'll look at it go on 2 weeks I was told again they'll working on it end of the 2 week I was told by a manager the service department which is the mechanics supposed to been having a vehicle just letting the vehicle sit on a lot and totally forgot about my vehicle he never apologized for this incident and I was told that he said he would try to lower my payment I had to speak to another manager to lower that payment because he didn't lower that payment for that pay period going on the third week which is this week I was told that they can't provide me but prove that this vehicle been working on and the dad just contact me when the vehicle is ready and within the 3 weeks they didn't not inform me until now the motor went out and within this time there was aware that the motor was out and continue to allow me to make the car payment within that time I still do not have a vehicle and was not offer another vehicle yet. Within a 3 weeks they was aware that the vehicle motor was was out in a loud me to continue to make payments on his vehicle knowing this vehicle was out of service and some of this vehicle knowing that you can lose power in any given time and in the vehicle. They just inform me on a third week that the vehicle motor went out the second way they terminate they forgot about the vehicle cuz this whole time they knew the vehicle motor went out and they still want to continue to take my money they was aware the monter was going out in the vehicle when they had the vehicle on the car lot now I am trying to proof they was aware it was going out when they sold the vehicle to me I still do not have an vehicle and was told the engine is out and they which is the sale manager supposed to contact me 2 days ago from today's date 04-9-24 he never contacted me I had to call said they trying to see if they gonna put a engine in or make one I put down 1500 on a donw payment car was sold to me 20,00 for 101,00 miles my car payment is 340 every two weeks I was told during the sale would be 280 first payment find out its 340 60 for insurance every car payment salesman didn't say that during the sale or when I asked him the lady named Dora Manger of finance department told me they can't provide me with any type of proof.

Yes. They get you in the back contract so you can sign a contract so they can sell you a lemon vehicle and you can pull off anything can happen with you in that vehicle and now you locked into that contract and it's only certain ways to get out that contract and if anything happens to your car they don't give you a temporary car they take your car don't give you an update on your vehicle they get rude over the phone when you ask for an update and I'm providing you with evidence for proof that th
