Update: I emailed the website to request a refund after two months waiting. They responded and said they would resend a battery or provide a refund. However, I also started a dispute with paypal and they got my money back within 24 hours. Don't know if the website would have given me a refund or not at this point. Funny thing though... my account that I opened on this website still shows my order after two months as "processing" It never changed to any other status like "shipped" with shipping details when presumably it was shipped out so I think that maybe the order never got shipped in the first place.
Ordered a laptop battery through this website and the paypal payment went to this other website laptopbattery4u.co.uk. After two weeks I sent an email to them and they said it was shipped 5 days after my order initial order. To date, it has been two months since I ordered and nothing. I have started a paypal dispute to get my money back. I would not recommend either www.batteries-sales.com or www.laptopbattery4u.co.uk.
