“Defective products with horrible customer service”

I ordered a spa and it came with a broken pump. It took many days of trying to get customer service and when I did the rep. Was very rude and unhelpful. I will be returning the defective spa and will never buy a product from Bestway again. Extremely dissatisfied with this purchase.
