Scam website. Offers lowball prices for common objects which they never ship, then tries to entice you to buy their unrelated electronic gizmos with "special discounts." Attempts to run out the chargeback clock by making email excuses involving COVID supply chain problems, the Ukraine war, etc. Dozens of similar complaints on BBB website.

Untrustworthy con artists.
Items ordered from this site will not be delivered and you will simply be frustrated trying to get any value (or your money back). Cancel order, dispute charge with CC company immediately. That's the only way to get out of the hole if you ordered from this site.

My husband made a purchase in April 2022. He received an email about delay due to issues occurring in UKraine and they said they would check on his item and put a rush on it. Well it it is July 4,2022 and after at least 5 to 6 emails with bull crap about how sorry they are and they finally sent him a link for refund policy. It does not apply to him at all because they took his money and he NEVER received his item. DO NOT ORDER FROM Beyond the Infinity a BIG SCAM!
Ordered a cooler cart kit on June 11 and my Visa was immediately charged $84.15. Product was never shipped. Repeated requests for status update were responded with the same answer "we are checking with the warehouse" and there was never a follow-up email. Finally on July 22nd, we requested a refund and was told "we cannot process a refund if the product has shipped... we will check with the warehouse". Beyond the Infinity never provided shipment confirmation of the product and we've paid in full for a product that we've yet to receive. Business practices are deceitful and they have full intention to keep your money and never deliver product. Buyer beware!

Avoid. Business will charge before shipping product and does not deliver.
