I encountered an Issue on the Feb. 17th from bigbenta taking 11 transactions from off my card and I never heard of them "smh"
I've never heard of this company nor have I dealt with them but I've lost $29.60 at this stage to this crowd. I would advise people to contact their bank as soon as they notice these charges on their bank account. They've probably been taking more out of my account without me noticing.
One of the reason why people sometimes don't trust online shopping is because of inefficient customer support. Today I saw that https://bigbenta.com/ used my credit card and stole $148.36 from my credit card. I have never heard of them or used them in the past. My credit card was charged 15 times for $10.52 each time and all was fraud.
I have a 99 dollar purchase on my card that I never made from this site! Don't even know how to get my money back from this bull $#*!.
