Bitrichex has a rating of 1.5 stars from 2 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. Bitrichex ranks 777th among Cryptocurrency sites.
Fake Crypto page. They contact victims on flippa.com, pretend to be interested to buy a domain offer for high price and ask you to sign up in the (fake) crypto platform bitrichex, where you get a fake payment in your account. You can't withdraw the payment, instead they ask you to "deposit" 1000 $ to unlock the account. I found a report in trustpilot about bitrichex scam via flippa to bitrichex reported by an author just 18 hours before me, so this seems to be a new, current fraud scheme.
Tip for consumers:
stay away from fraud scheme of fake crypto platform
I knew it was a scam from the get-go, based on inconsistencies via email exchange.
A guy named "David Burton" (likely not his name), contacted me about a domain that I own which he claims he saw on Flippa. The funny thing is, that domain hasn't been on Flippa in several months... I played along anyway.
He accepted my super high domain price without even negotiating. He offered to pay me with Bitcoin by registering on a new site called bitrichex.com. This site as a very low score.
Aside from that, all his replies are very long - he writes way too much. Real buyers just get to the point and don't write novels.
He disappeared when I offered to conduct the transaction using a trusted company like Coinbase, Gemini or Exodus.
