Honestly, all window treatments are expensive, but we found the best deal here. The ordering process was easy. We especially appreciated the decently-sized samples, so we could make the best decision for our space. Great communication from customer service. Shipping time was reasonable and the shades were very carefully packed. Simple installation, with helpful instructions. Overall, it is quality product and we are quite happy with our purchase!

We bought a order of about $2,000 by Blindsgalore and all the roller shades that are cordless, are worthless they don't roll up or down, some of them wont stay down when pulled down, and others stay in 1 position and wont go either way. When i asked them for help, the item was discontinued so i can ship it back to them (and stay with open windows until) and they wouldn't supply any packaging to make the return... Just a piece of advice don't buy the spring rollers from them

We just finished building our dream home, what better way to finish it off then with perfect window treatments. The sales department made ordering simple and correct. The delivery company was friendly and moved the heavy pallet close to the front door (as requested). The Blinds arrived in great condition.
Super easy to install. They look amazing!

The email we received said the shutters were on there way--3 weeks later the tracking number didnt work and we still had not received our shutters. Called Melissa Mancillla in customer service--she was very helpful and figured out that there was a problem with the pallet. She tracked our order and let us know that it was on they way.

We got the banded room darkening shades for our bedroom and there are a few things we don't love. The blinds fit well at the top, but each side of the fabric has a fairly big gap that lets light in. Really wish there was a cord instead of pull down because the panels don't line up completely properly. Delivery was a bit late.

Unfortunately, changes to Canada safety laws prevent corded shades from being sold, due to choking hazards. We will be reaching out regarding the side gaps, which will exist with any inside mount shade, but should be minimal.

I could not find blinds for certain windows. I was pleased that your company could create these for me.
The instructions are simple and was able to install all 5 in a few hours.

I wish blind companies would modify the top piece (which clips on with plastic clips) designed to obfuscate the gap when installing inside the window casing. Essentially if you are slightly tall you still see the gap. The Chang would be to modify the clips such that it is 1/2 inch higher. Result: touchdown for the whole industry. You could possible turn the slat over but it does not look as good.

Ordered 3 honeycomb blinds. Very happy with the quality, sizing and look of the blinds. One was very big so I was informed it would arrive in a bigger delivery. The delivery was very delayed and I had to contact the company to find out why there was no tracking for over a week. So giving the blinds 5 stars but the delivery process only 3 stars due to the delay and only found out after I initiated contact. But I will order from the company again.

I had to initiate contact when it showed tracking information for over a week but showed as no information on shipping tracking site. They were apologetic but would have been good to be more informed of delay happening

We had one blind come that was defective and were amazed at how quickly and easily it was all handled. Another honeycomb blind for a door developed a problem just a few days before the guarantee ran out. It was also replaced very quickly. I especially appreciated the ordering notes like, "Give exact inside-measurements for inside-mount and we will adjust the size to accommodate mounting hardware." The price seemed a little high, but I purchased online because of selection and clarity on the site. Also, I had heard the name before. Please add the URL for the instruction video along with the printed, delivered instructions.

Blinds fit like glove. Glad we chose this company to make our custom blinds. The only problem we had were we received no directions for the brace that holds the blinds in at the top of the window. Totally different than our previous blinds braces. But will say after figuring out the installation of said blinds, like the bracket/brace of these much better than our older blinds brackets.

Although the quality of the material is everything I expected, the lining is disappointing. A little too heavy for the cordless mechanism to work properly. Too much "shimmying" and requires two hands to manipulate upward motion. I have similar blinds from another Canadian manufacturer and the ease to operate is much better. I chose this company for the material only. I don't think I will buy them again as I am afraid these are going to break in no time. Sorry...

I ordered a pretty expensive sliding shutter setup for our large sliding glass door. Just after I placed the order online, a salesperson proactively called me to verify I had measured correctly. And the person that called was clearly not just from a phone bank, but was very knowledgeable in the requirements for a great fit. I did measure very carefully and my numbers were accurate, but I thought it was a very smart move on their part to follow up before starting to build it.

One of our blinds came damaged with a tear in it and we have to exchange. They are just ok curtains. Time will tell. Seems rather cheap. Basically a piece of fabric glued to a cardboard tube. Not sure if that is standard or not.

The four honeycomb blinds I ordered look great and fit and work flawlessly. The motors are a little louder than expected and the charging port in the back is not easily accessible.
However, the 1" mini blind did not work. Had to call the motor manufacturer to get the motor to work properly. After that the blinds only closed 70% and stopped. Currently waiting for customer service to trouble shoot. At least customer service is very responsive and the wait times were very short.

We needed blinds for one window that were 73" wide and most companies wouldn't do wider than 72". These were easy to order, came in custom width and shipped quickly. My only complaint is that the blinds want to retract back up a few inches from the bottom windowsill. Hopefully over time they break in and remain down.

I read the tape measure wrong! 20 inches too wide. Got a monster. Blinds Galore directed me to give it to a charity, which is getting fairly hard to do these days. Between the liability issues of corded blinds and the unique size of everyone's windows (plus the fact this doesn't necessarily fit ANY window) most charities (think Habitat, Goodwill, ARC) don't accept window treatments. I did find a local charity that took it. In the mean time Blinds Galore made a new one the correct size and shipped it. It fits perfectly.

I already have 5 other windows in the room that I got blinds for from Blinds Galore and wanted these to match. Those needed motors with remote control (the tops are about 20 feet high). Blinds Galore had the most suitable remote control system for that application. They also had very competitive pricing. Those blinds have worked well for several years, The (really) old ones I'm now replacing were needing new cords every few months and I was getting tired of being a blind repairman. So it was natural to finish the room from Blinds Galore. The price was reasonable, the quality is good, the service was fast and they actually made good on the one I messed up.
