If I could rate this company below zero I would. DO NOT use their services. They will extort you and try to upsell you every chance they get. I am currently being extorted by an individual that goes by the name of Brandon although fake names are known to be used. I paid almost 25,000 for website development and hosting only to not have my website at all. They PURPOSLEY put everything in their name so that you cannot get access to your own website and try to make you pay 7500 or more in order to get it transferred into your own name, then threaten if you do not pay the money by a certain date then they will put your project on hold. It will be a never ending chain of extortion with bogus services that you do not need. A former employee also had reached out and confirmed all of this to me as well.
They also conduct business through another company called American Logo Designs.

Our nonprofit responded to a call from Blitz to help improve our website for a low rate. They sent a draft of what they could do to improve our existing website, also recommending we add promotional products like coffee cups, tshirts etc.
The draft looked good so we sent $ and began the back and forth to make adjustments. The reps kept changing and had to start over with a new rep. There appeared to be no quality control and I had to repeatedly review and request the same changes. Now they don't answer or return calls.
I would give a negative star rating if it was possible.

Worst company to get your money back they want your money up front but they say it take 60 days to get money back. Never heard it take 60 day get money back.

STAY AWAY** I can provide you with a laundry list of events and items in writing. I was dealing with Marcelina, Jordan, Noah, and I am not sure who else but there were more along the way. They are polite as pie on the phone and " don't worry, don't worry... I got this" but yet again an epic fail on their part. Short of it, they did not deliver what they said. 100% money back guarentee is a scam. I agreed to installemnets on my refund which should have started May... I have yet to see a penny. They called me and asked me to remove the reviews and they would give me more than the agreed apon amount - which was still not 100% but I said ok reluctantly. I recieved a text on July 10th saying " But I will get the tracking number and I can text you that or you will have to wait till the morning... " and I have heard nothing. No Calls, No texts. No nothing and they are not reponding to me. It is now the 19th. So my review is back up. I even have this all in writing

In November of 2021 I had contacted this company to create a custom platform for me, They had given me a completion date of September 22 2022. Through the year I had spent over $ 28,000 to have this platform created and a lot of time was invested speaking back and forth with them.

Approaching the due date I started to ask to have a full rundown of the platform and that's when everything started changing. They started asking for more money to market the platform. After telling them that I did not need there marketing thats when the threats started, they were telling me that " if I do not go with there marketing the project would be put on hold until they received the money. The 22 of September 2022 came and went, Blitz still hounding me now not only for money to market but then also to have the project released to me. $ 18,000 for marketing and $9,000 to have the platform released to me after paying them over 28k. After a few months of going back and forth with this blitz falling into a state of depression, thoughts of Suicide, losing my very well paying job due to the stress over what this company had done to me and my family I had gotten a call from a former employee who had told me that they had only completed 10 % of the platform and none of the back end was even started.

After being told this I had left a review on there company and came to the acceptance that I lost. I slowly started working my self back to a good place, a few months had past and out of the blue I was contacted by the so called CEO of blitz. The person over the phone was very apologetic and said it was all the doing of one individual and I was not the only one that he had done it to. I explained everything I had gone through and he was acting so shocked constantly apologizing reassuring me that the project would be completed and I would be getting a refund of $7000 paid in 4 instalments of $1750 because not only did this person scam me but they overcharged me on everything. After the conversation the person over the phone then asked if I can remove the review
Which I said no to and they said ok. I was then contacted by my dedicated project manager once again going over everything about the project and starting all over again. The 1st instalment came in $560 short which they claimed that it was a conversion issue and it would be put onto the 2nd instalment. While this was happening I got a email from trust pilot that Blitz had put in a request to have the review taken off, Because of good faith I allowed the reviews to be removed. Once the review was gone, once again my calls were not being answered. They were not getting back to me about the project and the refund payments stopped. I am now being called by random design company's daily who knows in detail of my project because my personal and project information was leaked. This company floods the review boards with fake 5 star reviews and while reading other bad reviews on review.io seeing someone else lost 75k and another losing 45k. This company should have no reason to scam people but they are and there getting away with it because of California and there $#*!ed up laws. I hope that this helps so this will not happen to anyone else and if you are dealing with this company get your money back before it's to late most wire transfer can be returned before 3 months.

Back in March I signed up with Rob Hendricks from Blitz to create a new website for me. I'm in the Home Improvement industry. He told me that it would take less then a month to create it. A few days later I speak to Steve Phoenix, who tells me he's the project manager going to be creating the website for me. I explained to him about the company and gave him details of the work that I do. After weeks of going back and forth about the design. Things were moving extremely slow. I don't think they ever created a website for contractors before.
I told them what I was looking for with videos and pictures and content. And they didn't understand. Steve Charged me a extra $1000. To add the content to the website which I didn't realize was already included. After about a month i get a call from Alex, who tells me that now he is handling the website moving forward. By now a second month has passed and its still not even close to being done. Then I get a call from Marcelina Tisch and she tells me she's the manager and will be taking over from now on.
All of this time I've been telling them that I also need my key words entered into the content to be used for the SEO which is supposed to all be included in the price of the website. After another month or so Steve Pheonix calls me and tells me that he's back in charge and will be handling everything.
Marcelina had told me that Brian will be handling all of the SEO Key words and the content for the website. After two weeks he did NOTHING. Steve just keeps trying to sell me every extra. I told him i'm not spending anything else with him, that he should read the original contract. Every else he was trying to upsell me was part of the original contract; CMS, Maintenance, SEO and any other changes to the website.
Its NOW 6 MONTHS LATER and still not done. After Steve found out that everything should be included, he passed over the website to a "New Manager" Mark Ryder, who now tells me that He's going to handle everything himself. The website is getting close to being done and I find out that its not Mobile Friendly, Mark tells me that its not part of my original contract-which I completely discussed with the original Salesman Rob. Now the new manager wants to charge me an additional $760. To make the site mobile friendly. They already owe me back the extra $1000. That they double charged me for the content.
I'm still waiting for it to be finished and all the SEO keywords to be incorporated into the content. I need the CMS so I can edit the website easily, without being a programmer, and making it mobile friendly.

Now 2 weeks later September 1,2023 The so-called owner of the company, Devin Stall calls me and try to Extort another $3,000. From me. He says that if I don't pay him another $3,000. By Monday Sept. 4th my website will be useless. In the 2 weeks since I left this original review, nobody has finished my website. The changes weren't made. Nothing has been done for the Seo Either. On my original contract it states that I have a 100% Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee. I now have asked the "owner" to just refund my original money. He said that he won't and that if i don't pay him the additional $3,000. He'll shut down the website. Blitz is a Joke of a company. Nobody works from any office and all the website designers don't know what they're doing. The entire management personnel: Including Rob Hendricks, Steve Phoenix, Marcelina Tish, Alex, Brian Dean and the So-Called Owner Devin Stall Have been a total disappointment from the very beginning of this project. It's now going on 8 months, and it's still not done, and nothing has been done with the SEO for over 2 months now that my website has been live. Nobody cares about customer service, and only tries to keep up selling you things that should be part of creating a website. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY they will just RIP YOU OFF! The Company is writing Fake Reviews themselves, and Marcelina is marking them useful herself. If i Could leave a 0 Star Review I would.
